Boy Child: 7 Shaves

I made these films for an amazing art project called Boy Child. The project took place in a massive disused MOD building in Portland. There was corridor after corridor, door after door and the whole place was like somthing out of Brazil or 1984 or Monty Python. The audience were guided around to discover a world all about men. There were sprouting potatoes, a skelton made of bread, a giant top hat with a rabbit in and these films on TV's dotted through out.

My description doesn't really do it justice. I wasn't sure the performace would work until I walk around it myself and I still can't quite explain why it moved me so much.
